I am so thrilled to share this short interview the Cato Institute did with me in conjunction with their inaugural Art Exhibition “Freedom: Art as the Messenger.” My colored pencil drawing, “The Wall” received one of six awards at the opening in April, and Honorable Mention. Around 95 pieces of art were accepted from over 2,000 entries, so to be not only included, but one of six receiving an award was astounding. — Deborah Friedman
